[Remote] Associate Delivery Consultant

The Delivery Consultant will support clients in upgrading and customizing their computer systems, ensuring they leverage technology to enhance healthcare outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• As a Delivery Consultant you will be part of a team supporting the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EMR and ancillary technologies (CareAware, FetaLink, etc.) that help hospitals run safely and securely
• You will work directly with our clients and be required to access their domains, determine what functionality they are utilizing, create and execute test scripts, communicate results, and utilize troubleshooting steps to resolve issues

Skills

• At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience
• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Biology, Technology, Finance, or a related field of study
