- * Maintain a clean and organized training environment, including equipment upkeep and safety measures.
- * Stay current with industry trends and certifications to offer the latest fitness techniques and advice.
- Required Skills:
- * Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- * Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles.
- * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Motivational and inspirational coaching abilities.
- * Ability to adapt training techniques to suit clients of various fitness levels and backgrounds.
- * CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- * Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is a plus.
