Job Overview As a Data Entry Specialist at Hirevector, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities

Enter data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies Support administrative tasks, such as data analysis, reporting, and document management Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Provide excellent customer service, responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner Essential Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation date no earlier than December 2024 Business or technical degree (Math, Computer Science, Information Science, etc.) an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and provide key recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across a large organization Preferred Qualifications Experience in business management or previous sales experience an asset A strong understanding of business and financial acumen Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and competencies: Business acumen: ability to understand business operations and make informed decisions Analysis and insights: ability to extract insights from data and provide key recommendations Strategic thinking: ability to think critically and develop creative solutions Relationship building: ability to build and maintain relationships across a large organization Communication: ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders Career Growth and Development At Hirevector, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
