We are looking for two experienced Advanced Practice Providers for intermittent telemedicine coverage. 12-hour weekend and weekday shifts are available, 100% remote, office space available if needed. Providers deliver acute and chronic care virtually. Candidate Qualifications: • PA – graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and NCCPA certification • NP – graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and ANCC certification • BLS Certification through the AHA or ARC • Current NC PA/NP license and unrestricted NC DEA • Prefer a minimum of 5 years of advanced practice experience, to include at least 2 years of Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine PLUS 3 years of Primary Care • Ability to treat both acute and chronic conditions • Experience in delivering care via telemedicine with a minimum of 500 virtual visits completed • Knowledge of FirstHealth system operations preferred.
