Path/Level:S1-S3 Note: Roles are posted at the lowest level of a band, however, employees should search across all levels of the band to identify all opportunities. Employees hired on banded positions (ex: P1-P3, R-path, B1-B3, etc.) transfer at their current level, despite the level indicated on the job posting. For example, if a S2 candidate is selected for a S1-S3 banded position, the candidate will remain a S2 in the new role. Responsibility: You will be responsible for effectively managing a defined territory, grow customer value metric scores, meet sales targets, effectively engage customers, have business ownership mindset and effectively implement corporate strategies, which may include but not limited to: Promote Lilly's product in a professional and proficient manner Ability to drive sales growth and meet desirable target in territory Conduct analyses on product & market trends Strong ability to understand customers' expectation and deliver pleasant result Develop & execute territory business plans Collaborate with peers, stakeholders as a team player Maintain compliance with current guidelines Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in science or business related major Above intermediate proficiency in English Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Additional Skills/Preferences At least 2 years working experiences in related field Good interpersonal skill to communicate, influence, persuade and negotiate A proactive, innovative team player and willing to embrace challenges With leadership and business attributes Note: When applying internally for a position your current supervisor receives notification that you have applied to the position.
