About the role As a Director, AI & Startups and Business Development at Cast AI, you are a strategic and results-driven sales leader with experience in building, scaling, and optimizing outbound sales teams within Cloud SaaS industries. As Cast AI continues its rapid growth, we are looking for a dynamic leader to develop and mentor a high-performing AI & StartUps sales team, as well as the BDR team supporting Enterprise Sales. Requirements: Proven experience in leading Sales teams, with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals. 5+ years of experience in sales/sales development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and outbound prospecting. Strong understanding of MEDDIC methodology and its application in pipeline qualification. Ability to identify key contacts, craft compelling outreach, and drive engagement. Deep passion for outbound prospecting and sales process optimization. Experience in Kubernetes, cloud sales, or DevOps is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Leading and coaching a team of AEs and BDRs to drive pipeline growth. Developing and optimizing outbound sales strategies. Implementing and refining qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality leads. Monitoring performance metrics and continuously improving outreach efficiency. Collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance lead generation. What’s in it for you?
