Role Overview We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep experience in Agentic Coding. The SME will own the framework and content of the course — designing and creating learning outcomes, modules, case studies, exercises, assessments, handouts. This person must be strategic, hands-on, and accountable for real impact to ensure the course content is created for a next-generation professional course that equips learners to develop and implement Agentic Coding in the context of Data Modeling and Software Development. The SME will be creating course content that goes well beyond tool usage or theory — the content will enable the learners how to: Design and build production-ready agentic system Orchestrate multi-agent workflows across data pipelines Integrate agentic systems with ML modeling and MLOps Evaluate, monitor, and iterate on deployed agents The SME needs to create course content such that the course graduates can design, build, and operate autonomous agentic systems that work with real data and ML infrastructure in production — closing the gap between knowing how to model and knowing how to ship. Core tasks Evaluate our existing Data courses to come up with the best possible combination (of a course or sub-course) with Agentic Coding. Define a compelling, differentiated Agentic Coding course curriculum outline that positions this course as a market leader. Develop Advanced, Practical Content for this course - You will build all core learning materials such that learners walk away with applied skills, not just conceptual understanding. Build High-Impact Assessments & Practicals for this course - You build real business scenarios and case challenges, hands-on labs, peer reviews, project rubrics, portfolio deliverables, etc. so that the earners produce tangible artifacts. Build content to ensure Industry Relevance & Future-Readiness to reflect evolving Agentic trends. Required Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments, including architecting multi-agent workflows, integrating agents with ML pipelines and data infrastructure, and delivering measurable outcomes using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI Strong practical experience in agentic systems engineering, including tool use, autonomous planning, self-correction loops, multi-agent orchestration, LLM evaluation, and observability — with demonstrated ability to operationalize agents within real MLOps and data engineering contexts is preferred Prior experience in curriculum design, instructional design, course development, or professional training — ideally for technical or post-bootcamp audiences transitioning into production AI roles — is highly preferred This is a high-impact role in shaping a flagship agentic coding program complementing an established AI Modeling curriculum; there will be close collaboration with product and teaching teams in a flexible, remote-friendly environment on course content, capstone project design, and learner outcomes What we offer: 👩‍🎓 The opportunity to further develop yourself professionally and grow your teaching and facilitation skills. 🪴 A platform to grow as part of a team of passionate and dedicated professionals. 🎉 A modern, agile team with a lot of heart. 🔱 An inspiring environment where you can truly thrive.
