You can manage multiple onboarding timelines, anticipate client needs, and make sure each campaign is positioned for success. You’re confident leading calls, aligning internal teams, and helping clients understand both the process and the value behind it.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in onboarding, account management, or digital marketing Strong client-facing communication skills and timeline management Proficient in HubSpot and experienced with campaign setup and QA Ability to work across departments and keep projects on track Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive mindset Multifamily industry knowledge is preferred A day in the life As the Client Success Account Specialist on the onboarding team, you will oversee the full onboarding process from kickoff to launch, ensuring every client's experience is smooth, organized, and aligned with their goals. Responsibilities include: Managing onboarding timelines and setting clear expectations with clients from the start Leading client kickoff calls, gathering key information and aligning on goals and strategy Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure each step of the setup process runs smoothly Tracking onboarding and setup progress, proactively resolving any roadblocks or delays Overseeing campaign launches to ensure they are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives Other duties as assigned Benefits & Perks At Intrinsic Digital, you’ll have a front-row seat at a rapidly scaling company that is driving innovation in multiple industries, as well as a chance to make a real impact on the growth of our business.
