Account Manager, Neogard (Mexico City/Guadalajara)

The Neogard Sales Representative, will drive sales, increase, and promote Neogard’s high-performance Waterproofing, Roofing and Flooring solutions across the assigned territory, Mexico City and Guadalajara. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, architects, owners, engineers, and other decision-makers within the commercial , waterproofing, roofing and flooring industries. The individual will actively support existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead initiatives to position Neogard as the leading choice for liquid-applied waterproofing, roofing, and flooring systems. Essential Responsibilities: The Neogard Sales Representative will oversee sales activities in Mexico City, Guadalajara and South of country. Use CRM to organize and monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and project progress. Provide technical knowledge, sales ability, field assistance, and an overall ability to use independent representatives, distributors, and contractors to their maximum capacity to promote and sell Neogard products. Establish direct contact with owners, architects, engineers, design professionals, and consultants to promote and sell Neogard products. Cultivate a collaborative relationship with independent representatives, distributors, and contractors as well as field sales personnel. Provide active support in trade organizations, shows, and committees. Deliver presentations to prospective clients and support independent representatives in their presentations. Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies. Qualifications: We expect that you will have proven experience managing main projects, developing key accounts, creating solution specifications, and selling products to key decision makers in the flooring, roofing and waterproofing segments. You will also have strong negotiation skills and executive presence during presentations. To be successful in this role, you will also have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in construction materials, preferably within the paint or coatings industry, with a focus on flooring, roofing, and waterproofing systems Proficiency in English Living in Mexico City or Guadalajara is preferred Willing to travel up to 60% of the time to meet job requirements. Proficient understanding of Polymeric Technology. Familiar with Neogard products, processes, and sales procedures. Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Excellent negotiation and communications skills Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with investors, contractors, and key decision-makers. Demonstrated experience in value-based selling and relationship building with Key Accounts. Possess an organized, independent, and proactive work approach.
