We’re building a long-term capital formation and investor relations function and are hiring investor-facing professionals with experience working with accredited investors, family offices, and relationship-driven fundraising. We may be a startup but this is a paid opportunity that begins with a two-week paid evaluation period designed to ensure mutual fit before transitioning into an ongoing role. About The Opportunity We are a funded, remote-first startup with a live private beta product, an existing team of 20+ contributors, and an experienced technical founder. We are scaling our capital formation and investor relations efforts to support product launch, growth, and future raises. This is not a temporary “single raise” position. We are building a long-term investor relations capability and are looking for people interested in participating in ongoing capital formation initiatives as the company grows. Your primary responsibility is to activate and expand professional networks that can lead to accredited investors, family offices, and strategic introductions. Typical activities include: Reaching out to professional contacts via LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals Asking for introductions to accredited investors and family offices Booking qualified investor conversations Maintaining investor follow-up and relationship continuity Supporting ongoing fundraising campaigns and future raises Managing investor communications and CRM activity Helping maintain long-term investor engagement after close The emphasis is on introductions, relationships, and trust-building — not cold transactional selling. What We’re Looking For Required Prior investor relations, capital formation, fundraising, or investor-facing experience Existing professional network that includes or can reach accredited investors and/or family offices in North America Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals Strong communication skills Self-directed, reliable and comfortable working remotely Able to maintain organized follow-up and CRM activity Strongly Preferred Experience with one or more of the following: Family offices Accredited investors LP/GP communications Alternative investments Investor pipelines Dealflow management Data rooms Relationship sales

Compensation

Compensation structures can be tailored based on experience, network quality, availability, and role scope. Options may include: Pay-per-lead structures Cash compensation Equity participation Hybrid structures Potential compensation may exceed $300,000 total annualized value in Tier 1 markets depending on contribution level and structure. You will have the option to receive 100% cash or mix with equity.
