The ideal candidate already has: strong relationships within the German aesthetics market, experience working with dermatologists and aesthetic clinics, a commercial mindset combined with relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate independently in a highly hands-on role. This is not a purely operational or corporate management position. The client is specifically looking for a builder, a self-starter, and someone excited about creating long-term market success.

Native-level German Professional / proficient English Willingness to travel extensively across Germany Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset Additional Information Extensive travel across Germany expected No requirement to be based in a specific German city Candidates from outside Germany may also be considered if they can effectively operate in the market Initial onboarding and product training will take place in the UK
