Working alongside a team of telehealth professionals, this position will see you verify and categorize clinical information that has come in via telehealth calls, ensuring data is correct and maintaining compliance, all while working from home. Your responsibilities will include: Verify patient clinical information ensuring compliance with program guidelines Ensure data is categorized correctly Fill in missing information within documentation when necessary Report discrepancies or flag any issues for further review To succeed in this role you will need: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy Familiarity with medical terminology Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes Strong sense of urgency and dedication to completing tasks on time Qualifications: Registered Nurse Service Fee: Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
