Key Account Manager - B2B Mining (Enterprise) - Quebec Field based Build a career that matters with one of the world’s most respected employers! - - - - - - - - - - - - Key Account Manager - B2B Mining (Enterprise) Location: Flexible, QC Commercial leader responsible for growing Michelin Better Mining market share in a defined but highly dynamic portfolio. Mining portfolio customers & corresponding demands of individual contributor will range from local operations to multi-national mining companies, traditional tire dealers, OEM dealers, and niche service providers associated with executing the Michelin Better Mining Offer (MBM). This position can be located anywhere in the province of Quebec, provided that the successful candidate has convenient and ready access to mines via highways, airports, etc.; and will require minimum 60% overnight travel. Ability to build relationships from mine to executive level will be required to excel in this position. What you will do: Strategic Account Management Leadership & Execution: mastery of Key Account Planning, action plan formulation, and execution to delivery; multi-Level relationship management from the shop floor to the C-Suite; collaborative skills (internal & external) to align resources; contract origination, management, and negotiation; key stakeholder in issue resolution; and, lead business planning and execution to deliver results ahead of defined topline kg/revenue plan for the portfolio. Operations, Administration, Governance: in collaboration with stakeholders, explore value gaps & coordinate resources internally & externally to provide scalable, revenue driving solutions for portfolio customers' operations; lead the analytics reporting to the customer to clearly share the vital administrative & operating performance measures defined collaboratively with the customer; lead the cadence for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual reviews; and, integrate executive sponsors from both customer & Michelin for all contract customers (existing and key prospects). Sourcing & Upselling: responsible for growing share within the existing customer base, new mining operations, and new customer acquisition relative to Michelin Better Mining offer; and, mastery of generating opportunities and managing risk to deliver > plan results & share growth. Team Support: support mentoring, peer-to-peer coaching and development across LB and regional business lines. What you will bring: business acumen (financial statement knowledge and how to relate); large volume customer management (>$5M annual turnover); winning negotiations - demonstrated results; converting transactional customers to durable share growth customers; day 1 readiness for all CRM/Salesforce Engage functions; mastery of French & English (verbal & non-verbal); and, 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial tire or mining industries.
