Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to colleagues.
- Support and lead colleague engagement.
- Proactively partner with managers in assigned departments to address performance concerns, investigate complaints, and advise leadership on appropriate resolutions.
- Play a key role in the administration of annual compensation planning, including market surveys and salary range adjustments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR)
