Creator & Influencer Marketing Manager

Remote role Full-time Open position

We're looking for a resourceful, AI-savvy marketer to own and scale our Creator and Influencer program. You'll combine a deep understanding of the creator economy with modern AI and data tools to identify the right partners, build relationships, measure impact, and continuously optimize our influencer strategy. This isn't a "send briefs and track posts" role. You'll use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cursor to research creators at scale, analyze audience overlap, forecast campaign performance, and build workflows that give our small team the reach of one ten times its size. You'll think strategically about which creators align with our brand, structure deals that make financial sense, and prove ROI with data -- not gut feel.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage our creator and influencer pipeline. Identify, vet, and recruit creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who authentically align with our brand and audience.
  • Use AI to scale creator research and outreach. Leverage AI tools to analyze creator audiences, engagement quality, brand affinity, and content style -- replacing hours of manual research with intelligent, repeatable workflows.
  • Design and run agentic workflows for influencer operations. Build multi-step AI pipelines that autonomously source creator candidates, compile performance profiles, draft outreach, and flag top prospects for review.
  • Negotiate and structure partnerships. Manage deal terms, gifting programs, affiliate structures, and paid collaborations. Know what's fair, what drives results, and what to walk away from.
  • Measure what matters. Go beyond vanity metrics. Build dashboards and analyses that tie creator activity to revenue, customer acquisition, and brand lift. Use data to double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
  • Collaborate across Creative and Marketing. Work closely with the creative team on briefs, content approvals, and brand alignment. Coordinate with performance marketing to integrate influencer content into paid channels.
  • Stay ahead of the creator economy. Track emerging platforms, shifting algorithms, new creator tools, and evolving best practices. Be the team's go-to expert on what's happening in this space.
  • Prototype and experiment. Test new partnership models, content formats, and AI-powered approaches. Move fast, learn, and iterate.
  • Post-purchase customer experience — helping to tune, train, and improve our AI CS agents to deliver excellent service at scale
  • Online brand reputation and management — monitoring and responding across third-party platforms and review sites

About You

  • You know the creator and influencer landscape. You follow creators, understand platform dynamics, and can distinguish genuine engagement from inflated numbers.
  • You're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You don't wait to be told what to work on -- you see opportunities and chase them.
  • You're fluent in AI tools. You actively use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or similar in your daily workflow to research, analyze, write, and automate.
  • You understand agentic AI workflows. You know how to design multi-step AI processes that plan, execute, and iterate -- not just one-off prompts.
  • You think in data. You can look at a campaign report and see the story it's telling. You know when the numbers add up and when something's off.
  • You're a great collaborator and teammate. You bring energy to cross-functional work and make the people around you better.
  • You're creative in your approach. You don't default to "the way it's always been done." You look for novel angles and smarter paths to an answer.
  • You're not afraid to make mistakes. You'd rather move fast, learn something, and course-correct than wait for a perfect plan.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI and emerging technology. This isn't a checkbox -- it's something you're already spending time on.
  • Bonus: Experience with influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Grin, Aspire, etc.), affiliate networks, or social analytics tools.
