Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certifications in office administration or related field are preferred. • Experience: Prior internship experience in an administrative role is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential. Familiarity with online databases and CRM software will be considered an advantage. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. • Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely on part-time basis. • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail is crucial for this role due to the nature of the tasks involved. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently within given timelines.
