You will be challenged by different environments and technologies on a daily basis. Providing superior service is a must with responsibilities ranging from answering client support questions to remote network monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution. IDEAL CANDIDATE: An ideal candidate will have a Network+ and A+ certification with administration skills of Microsoft 365.
