Key Responsibilities

May Include: Monitor and enhance platform performance to optimize end-user experience and improve overall business process workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess platform capabilities, and convey system limitations and opportunities for improvement. Design, configure, and document platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices. Oversee development and testing processes, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and regression testing, to ensure successful implementation. Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and data quality. Troubleshoot user requests, addressing technical issues related to workflows, security, and interfaces to support problem resolution. Create test scripts, participate in user acceptance testing, and develop training materials to assist with end-user training and adoption. Share expert functional and technical knowledge to improve team competence and ensure smooth platform operations.

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Systems Specialist to join a global team supporting HR technology and processes. This is an individual contributor role focused on maintaining and enhancing HR systems, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing system improvements. You will work closely with HR teams, technical partners, and external vendors to ensure HR systems run smoothly and meet business needs. What You’ll Do Support global HR system initiatives, including reporting, dashboards, and employee self-service tools Partner with HR, business teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and support system improvements Manage and resolve system-related inquiries through a case management process Investigate issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions Assist with system updates, enhancements, and testing activities Support integration processes and data transfers between systems Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulations Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and solutions Participate in system releases and help assess the impact of updates Contribute to ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives Support audit requests and help resolve data-related discrepancies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) Experience working in an HR systems or HR operations environment Familiarity with HR technology platforms (such as cloud-based HR systems) Experience supporting system updates, testing, or implementations Skills & Experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to troubleshoot system and data issues effectively Experience with testing processes (unit testing, system testing, or user acceptance testing) Knowledge of change management and project workflows Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Bring A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and tools A team-oriented approach with the ability to work across functions Work Environment Collaborative global team setting Exposure to cross-functional projects and stakeholders Opportunity to contribute to improvements in HR technology and processes Remote Type Fully Remote Skills to succeed in the role Adaptability, Empathy, End User Support, Experimentation, System Administration, Taking Ownership, Teamwork, Troubleshooting, Understand Customers, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
