Junior Marketing Analyst (4 day workweek & remote)

Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy. Role:
- Analyze the results of campaigns and tests carried out and conclude on their performance
- Evaluate and analyze average positions
- Evaluate BIZAY's market competition and its market performance
- Measure bids
- Evaluate and measure click-through rates
- Evaluate the results of current ads and take corrective action where appropriate
- Analyze ad data and ad keywords at Group level
- Supporting the team in creating Search & Shopping campaigns in the various markets
- Implementing banners and ads
- Creating retargeting lists
- Associate retargeting lists with the respective Google Analytics
Hard Skills:
- MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis
- Ability to organize, communicate and work as part of a team
About you:
- Degree in Management, Marketing Management, Information Management or equivalent
- Team player
- Problem solving profile
