Remote Automotive BDC Consultant — Bilingual Spanish/English
Pay: $17/hr to start, $18/hr after a 60-day mutual fit check Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM PST — 8 paid hours, including two paid 15-minute breaks, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch (you clock out). Two days off a week: Sunday, plus your choice of Wednesday or Friday. Location: 100% Remote — open only to residents of California, Texas, Florida, or Tennessee Required: Bilingual English/Spanish, 1+ year call center experience. Automotive BDC or dealership experience strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
We reach out to dealership customers about the value of their vehicle and whether they're interested in selling or trading it. Your job is to make the call once that outreach goes out. Some customers have already raised their hand and said yes — those are warm. A little more than half haven't replied yet, so part of your day is reaching people who haven't said anything one way or the other. None of it is cold list-buying or random prospecting — every person you call is a real dealership customer with a real reason behind the contact. This isn't a commission-based sales job. You're the customer's advocate: your job is to help them get to the right next step and make sure they're treated well, not to close them on the phone. Be clear-eyed about the day: this is a high-volume phone role. You'll be on back-to-back calls for most of an eight-hour shift — that's the job. If sitting on the phone and dialing all day isn't something you're comfortable doing well over the long haul, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay. What Makes This Different

What You Need
- 1+ year call center experience (automotive BDC or dealership background strongly preferred)
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish — full conversations, objection handling, and appointment setting in both
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone, on back-to-back calls
- Reliable home setup: computer with dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, 25+ Mbps internet, quiet workspace
- Self-disciplined, organized, coachable
