Global Speaking & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator (Contract Role)

Global Speaking & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator (Contract Role) I’m looking for a highly connected, proactive person or boutique agency to help expand my global keynote speaking presence by identifying aligned stages, conferences, summits, podcasts, leadership events, TEDx opportunities, and human-centered communities around the world. This role is not about mass pitching or spam outreach. It’s about thoughtful alignment, strategic introductions, and getting me into rooms filled with meaningful humans, conversations, and impact. Responsibilities:

• Research and identify aligned speaking opportunities globally
• Find conferences, leadership summits, founder events, women’s events, wellness/business crossover spaces, podcasts, and TEDx stages that match my brand and message
• Build relationships with organizers, curators, event producers, and community leaders
• Submit speaking applications and proposals on my behalf
• Craft personalized outreach and introductions that feel human and intentional
• Maintain and organize outreach pipelines, follow-ups, deadlines, and opportunities
• Seek opportunities for both paid keynote speaking and strategic visibility
• Help position Anne Gillaspie as a globally recognized voice in truth-led leadership, emotional honesty, humanity, and personal transformation

Ideal Fit: You are deeply resourceful, relationship-driven, organized, and intuitive about human connection. You know how to open doors without sounding transactional. You understand personal brands, thought leadership, and emotionally resonant storytelling. Experience working with speakers, authors, founders, coaches, media personalities, or event booking is highly preferred. About the Brand: Anne Gillaspie is a keynote speaker, founder, brand therapist, and host of the OnlyFounders podcast. Her work centers around truth-telling, emotional honesty, human connection, leadership transformation, and helping high-performing humans stop performing and start living more aligned lives.
