Job Summary As a Healthcare/Clinical Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment flow for the Grace Federal Solutions team. This role requires high‑volume recruiting in a fast‑paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate would develop unique and innovative tactics to hire and retain top talent. Focus would be on clinical positions such as Traveling Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, etc. The goal of the healthcare recruiter role is to efficiently source, engage, and place high‑quality healthcare professionals across diverse specialties, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal staffing outcomes. This is a hybrid remote position. Must reside in NC, TX, or VA. Duties/Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and connect with qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, administrative staff, etc.) through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Respond to new inquiries from potential candidates who connect through Grace’s website and various channels.
  • Contact leads for new and existing providers to gain interest and commitment in working with Grace.
  • Identify top‑notch professionals who can contribute to Grace's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare solutions through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, networking events, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit with our company.
  • Build relationships with universities/colleges and other organizations to tap into upcoming graduates and establish partnerships to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Conduct thorough research on various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, career fairs etc.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Create job postings that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of each position.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all communications are well‑documented.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment metrics and goals (i.e., number of cold calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, hires completed).
  • Achieve monthly goals/KPIs.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in managing high call volumes, including cold calling.
  • Demonstrated persuasive and professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively convey information in a compelling manner.
  • Strong proficiency in database management.
  • Competency in MS Word and spreadsheet programs, such as Excel.
  • Excellent time‑management skills, meticulous attention to detail, adept problem‑solving abilities, and a positive approach to teamwork.
  • A discerning eye for identifying top talent and the ability to swiftly establish rapport with potential candidates.

Required Education and Experience

  • Some college coursework specific to General Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
