National DME Logistics Manager

Work Location: Telecommute: 80%, City of Industry CA: 10%, Other Western US Locations: 10% (subject to change based on C19 guidelines) Essential Duties: National Logistics Manager will oversee the team and the processes which guide care delivery decisions, methods and routes. This role will be pivotal in SuperCare’s goal of disrupting and innovating on the traditional shipment, delivery and dispensing of healthcare products and services. Viable candidates must be tech-focused, well-versed in operational logistics software platforms, have 3PL and outsourcing experience. Key Functions: The National Logistics Manager, guided by the goal of implementing efficient, streamlined and cost-effective care delivery, will be responsible for carrying out these key functions:

  • Develop cutting-edge innovative decision-making tools for initiatives related to coordination of care
  • Recommend and implement technology solutions, software updates to achieve operational efficiencies
  • Design work plans, workflows and processes by which these initiatives would be managed
  • Communicate and help develop necessary policies and procedures to aide in execution
  • Collaborate with Technical Training teams on creation and rollout of educational materials
  • Facilitate and track program pilots as deemed necessary
  • Design and analyze performance and predictive reporting for logistical and operational initiatives
  • Track progress of action plans, present outcomes to peers, the leadership and outside partners
  • Monitor initiative integrity and efficacy through routine audits, report findings to key stakeholders
  • Additional operations and logistics management tasks and initiatives defined by management

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Very strong understanding of healthcare operations, specifically ambulatory and home-based care
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative logistical solutions for small and large populations
  • Extensive experience with various operations and logistics management software
  • Advanced MS Office, various reporting tools, and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field
  • Experience: At least 10 years of healthcare logistics, care delivery, or operations experience, at least 5 years of which in leadership
  • Desired: Extensive experience in HME/DME, Hospital, Hospice, Homecare
