Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner. You'll assist with billing questions, account changes, disputes, and card replacements, providing accurate information and personalized solutions to each customer. You'll also maintain a high level of product knowledge to support various customer needs and meet performance metrics, including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner

  • Assist with billing questions, account changes, disputes, and card replacements
  • Provide accurate information and personalized solutions to each customer
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support various customer needs
  • Meet performance metrics, including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Comfortable using digital tools and navigating multiple systems
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Must be a U.S. resident
