Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informative support to customers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree: Required
  • Previous Experience: Customer service or related experience preferred
  • Skills:

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Software Proficiency:

+ Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook + Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
