Write compelling captions and hooks designed to drive clicks and conversions
Research trending sounds, hashtags, and formats and adapt them to the client's brand voice
Schedule and publish posts consistently across both platforms
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement — respond and build relationships
Track content performance and iterate based on data (views, saves, link clicks, conversions)
Build and maintain email subscriber list from scratch
Design and write weekly or bi-weekly email campaigns (new arrivals, promotions, stories) - can utilize ChatGPT
Set up foundational email automations: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase
Craft subject lines and CTAs optimized for open and click-through rates
Drive traffic to the website and report on email-attributed revenue
