Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
