Senior Account Executive, Fintech & Lending (Remote)

The Opportunity This is a full cycle, quota carrying role focused on new business and closing. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who knows how to:

  • Build pipeline from scratch
  • Win new logos
  • Close complex, performance driven deals

This is not a role where you wait for inbound or inherit accounts. This is for someone who wants to create revenue and own their number. You will work directly with senior stakeholders across lending and fintech organizations to drive measurable growth. What you'll do

  • Generate pipeline through outbound, networking, and targeted prospecting
  • Identify, develop, and close new revenue opportunities
  • Sell into lenders, fintechs, and financial institutions
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with executives across marketing, credit, and leadership teams
  • Translate data, marketing strategy, and analytics into clear ROI driven outcomes
  • Quantify value across CPA, conversion rates, response rates, ROAS, and ROI
  • Run the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Partner with internal teams on strategy, proposals, and execution
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting
  • Represent Lending Science at industry events and conferences

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of sales experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
  • Proven hunter and closer with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition
  • Experience selling data driven or marketing solutions
  • Comfortable owning a number and being accountable to it
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Analytical and results driven
  • Self starter with high urgency and strong ownership
  • CRM experience such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Willing to travel (up to 75%)

  • Experience selling into lenders, credit issuers, or fintech platforms
  • Background in omnichannel marketing including direct mail and digital
  • Existing network within lending or financial services
  • Ability to connect marketing strategy directly to revenue impact
