SEO, Managed Platforms Specialist

Remote role Full-time Open position

Job Description:

  • Serve as the team’s Search Engine Optimization/Artificial Intelligence Optimization (SEO/AIO) product expert, with knowledge of both organic and local SEO, and how AI is changing the search landscape.
  • Provide excellent customer service as the liaison between sales teams and the SEO team.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that could potentially delay SEO campaign launches, such as access to a client’s CMS and Google platforms.
  • Monitor the onboarding and ongoing pacing of SEO and other digital advertising campaigns to ensure timely, accurate implementation and full delivery.
  • Ensure all campaign revisions are fully communicated and executed with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain processes and best practices and provide suggestions to leadership on improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of field experience
  • Highly motivated individual who is proactive and can work independently, while also collaborating within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and respond urgently to matters involving high-priority campaigns and escalations.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with a track record of collaborating cross-functionally amongst various departments.
  • Eagerness to learn a variety of digital order management and reporting platforms.
  • Experience implementing and managing SEO/AIO campaigns, with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
