The Role

As a Customer Support Remote Representative, you'll be working closely with our customers to resolve their issues and provide them with an exceptional experience. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your passion for our brand will shine through in every interaction. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to work at times that suit you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex enthusiasts via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results

Essential Qualifications

* At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live creation climate, temporary job, or similar educational experience

  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing frameworks like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding frameworks, and document formats
