The Role

As a Customer Service Live Chat Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers and potential clients through live chat on our website and social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and personable responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and offering sales support and product information. You'll also be responsible for utilizing our state-of-the-art chat software to create a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Role Essentials

* Rate: $35 per hour.
