The platform enables institutions and employers to move beyond traditional degrees toward verifiable, skill-based talent pathways.

Job Description

We are hiring a Market Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive adoption of SOLO across education and workforce ecosystems. This is not a traditional sales role. There is no fixed play book, no predefined pipeline, and no simple “sell and close” motion. Your responsibility is to turn interest into real adoption, where institutions and partners actively use SOLO, not just explore it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market entry and partnerships across schools, universities, skilling organizations, and workforce ecosystems
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Structure partnerships that lead to real deployments
  • Design and close pilot-led engagements (1–6 months)
  • Convert conversations into live implementations
  • Ensure pilots result in actual usage and outcomes
  • Support onboarding and remove friction in real-world usage
  • Focus on outcomes such as student portfolios, credentials issued, and skills captured
  • Translate SOLO’s value for institutions, employers, and partners
  • Build scalable adoption channels through ERP platforms, learning platforms, and institutional networks
  • Turn early wins into repeatable growth models
  • Capture market insights and provide feedback to product and leadership teams

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in EdTech, skilling, workforce, or SaaS
  • Experience working with institutions, enterprises, or ecosystem partners
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to drive partnerships and pilot programs independently
  • Experience in launching programs or building strategic collaborations
  • Comfortable working in a high-ownership and evolving environment

  • Learners with real skill records and credentials
  • Clear pilot-to-adoption model
  • Strong case studies demonstrating impact
  • At least one scalable distribution channel identified
