Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales revenue. The responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with Founder to align service offerings with client needs and represent the organisation at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven experience in sales and business development, with strong skills in lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Knowledge or interest in human resource solutions or professional services is advantageous.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting to track performance metrics and drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events with professionalism.
  • AA or BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Role is 100% commission driven with lots of room for growth into senior leadership role.
