Job Summary FedEx is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (Remote) to join our expanding virtual support team. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

Provide accurate information related to FedEx services, tracking, billing, and delivery issues.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and follow up to ensure resolution.

Assist with scheduling pickups, processing orders, and managing delivery issues.

Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers.

Document all interactions using internal systems while following company guidelines.

Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Ability to stay organized, focused, and productive while working remotely.

Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Previous experience in a customer service, support, or call center environment preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Experience in logistics or e-commerce customer support is a plus.

Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time options.

Availability to work on weekends or holidays on a rotating basis may be required.

Strong understanding of customer care best practices.

Familiarity with CRM tools and helpdesk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
