Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team and lead our customer service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a remote team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer satisfaction ratings. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a remote team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service
  • Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Training and coaching the customer service team to improve their skills and performance
  • Handling escalated customer service issues and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • College degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of leading a customer service team
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk and digital family apps a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
