Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace and sell them using our user-friendly software
• Respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
• Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with our closers to ensure that sales are closed efficiently and effectively
