Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Chat Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat, providing accurate information and timely assistance to resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborating with other support team members to ensure consistent service delivery and meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Chat Support team, you'll need:
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and language
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, with a high level of technical proficiency
