  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or computer science) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Strong typing skills (25+ words per minute)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
