Job Description

As a Bilingual Outbound Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential new members to educate them on the benefits of our services and sign them up for different packages. You'll be the first point of contact for most people, so your ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds is crucial. Here are some key responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential new members (average of 70+ calls per day) to explain the benefits of our services
• Follow a call script without sounding like you're reading off it, making it sound like your own and engaging on the phone
• Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians
• Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed

Must-Haves

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role
• Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 75+ calls a day without getting burned out
• Experience using a MacBook or iMac (Apple laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
• Ability to work independently but efficiently from home
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable personal computer/laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher that you can use for this job

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:

• Experience with Zendesk or Athena Health
• Proficient in Google Suite applications
• Previous experience working in healthcare/wellness company or a strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness

About the Role

This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent. You'll work a standard 9am-5pm PST schedule, with the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively.
