Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow with our organization. Key Responsibilities

* Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided during training

  • Scheduling and changing customer appointments, answering questions from customers on what to bring to appointments, and other questions
  • Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
  • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Overtime may be available, and shifts may occasionally change based on business needs

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
  • Must have high-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
  • Prior call center experience would be a plus, but is not necessary

* Experience working in a customer-facing role

  • Proficiency in help desk software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
