Position Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with business partners to develop analytics strategies that drive business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or metric evaluation.
- Owning and managing an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products.
- Using robust data in algorithms and predictive models to recommend approaches, identify issues, discover patterns, and propose solutions.
- Performing analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses, with a deep understanding of the business and/or industry.
- Developing and participating in presentations and consultations to communicate and discuss analytics results and solutions.
- Utilizing robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of relevant analytic experience.
- Experience programming using R or Python.
- Experience in SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners.
- Anticipating and preventing problems and roadblocks before they occur.
- Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources.
- Demonstrated expertise in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas.
Education
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
