Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to distributors, including assistance with parts selection, order processing, pricing, product availability, and order expediting
  • Resolving customer inquiries, disputes, and providing limited technical support as needed, maintaining a positive relationship with all clients
  • Proactively following up with distributors and sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Managing inbound calls and communication from distributors, ensuring a smooth and efficient interaction process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution teams, including Service Managers and Parts Counter staff, through regular communication via phone and case management
  • Collaborating across internal departments to address and resolve customer needs and optimize business processes
  • Actively contributing to departmental initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer service and business operations
  • Utilizing CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and phone systems to track, manage, and document account interactions effectively
  • Managing an average of 50 customer interactions per day, while maintaining a professional, positive, and responsive approach
  • Leveraging your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill) to resolve customer inquiries and support business activities

Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of call center experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and phone systems
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill)
