Lead and manage the ISX3 (Games) team, providing clear direction and inspiring them to achieve their full potential. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Netflix to ensure alignment and integration of gaming initiatives with the overall business strategy. Identify and evaluate potential gaming partnerships and opportunities for the company. Drive innovation and creativity within the team, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the gaming industry. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making. Set and track key performance indicators, ensuring the team is meeting and exceeding targets. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting diversity, inclusivity, and continuous learning. Manage the budget and resources for the ISX3 team, making strategic investments to drive growth and success. Represent Netflix in the gaming industry, attending conferences and events, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
