Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and accurate support to customers through instant messaging applications. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Answer live chat messages on our clients' online assets, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a Friendly and Professional Demeanor: Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner, ensuring a positive experience every time.
  • Staying Up-to-Date on Client Services and Products: Remain knowledgeable about our clients' services and products to offer accurate and reliable information to customers.
  • Communicating Effectively: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Working Independently: Manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively, working with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Customer Service Experience: While not necessary, previous experience as a chat representative or in customer service is a plus.
  • Quiet Workspace: A quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential for this role, as you'll be working from home.
  • Self-Motivation: You must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection, a laptop or PC, MAC, or smart device (Android or iOS), and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
