Responsibilities

As a FedEx Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing timely solutions through various channels, including chat, email, and social media
  • Engaging with customers to address their concerns, provide information on arenaflex services, and help resolve any issues they may encounter
  • Answering customer questions regarding shipment tracking, delivery schedules, service options, and billing
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring that every customer feels valued and heard
  • Documenting all interactions and ensuring that customer feedback is conveyed to the appropriate departments
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service quality and provide insights on common customer concerns
  • Staying informed about arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using computers and online communication tools
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Educational Qualifications

While a high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement, further education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Experience
