Key Responsibilities

As a Disney Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding Disney products, services, and policies.
  • Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
