Inside Sales Internship

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Academy Intern, you will work with the Inside Sales team to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential business solutions for our customers. Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role through the Inside Sales Excellence Academy, our best-in-class training program for new Inside Sales Account Managers.

You will

• Focus on building relationships and becoming a trusted technology advisor to our customers
• Conduct background research to identify customer needs
• Set appointments with customers for follow-up contact from Inside Sales Representatives or Account Executives on your team
• Support other strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by your manager

Essential Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's with a target graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025
• 0-1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organized
• Ability to solve problems and to be adaptable

Desirable Requirements

• Strong interest in technology, including computer hardware, software, & peripherals
• Ability to be a trusted business advisor to the customer
• Bilingual- French Preferred
