You will help create positive customer experiences by providing effective solutions, managing customer concerns, meeting performance targets, and contributing to a fun and customer-focused environment. What you’ll bring Previous non-voice experience required Good email comms, quick to resolve the issue with great CS skills and high quality Positive energy and can-do attitude A person with high regard for integrity and diligence.
