Summary As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment. It’s a role that will see you going out on the road to visit customers on site, resolving any issues and providing the kind of service that will ensure we achieve optimal customer satisfaction. It’s vital work – your expertise will be invaluable when it comes to making sure patients have access to the best possible care. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: ​Installation & repair of medical equipment GE Healthcare. Travel to customer sites according to plan (job assigned by Service center coordinator). Daily communication with Customers (doctors and biomed technicians). Ensure high level of communication quality. Support to Sales team. Collect the leads (information about customers’ needs) and send it to Sales (participate in Project Muscle program). Provide technical consultation to sales team on request. Report about job done according to the reporting policies. Ensure corporate policies implementation. Completes all administration tasks on time. Ensure the training plan evaluation. Ensure the EHS policy implementation. Qualifications/Requirements: Higher technical education. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical equipment maintenance or maintenance of other equipment. Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, radio engineering, mechanics. Knowledge of physics of the magnetic field, X-rays, ultrasound; · Knowledge of the technical characteristics, design specifics, purpose and equipment operation modes, rules for operation and equipment use; Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; The ability to plan and organize your work own effectively, and to work with minimal direction; Strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills – you can deal with differences of opinion tactfully and effectively; Good English is required for the role.
