• Position Summary:
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, translating needs into actionable talent strategies and advising on employee relations, organizational changes, and compliance.
• * Analyze HR data and metrics to guide decision-making, drive business goals, and monitor organizational trends.
• Lead and support HR initiatives, programs, and special projects while mentoring team members and contributing to culture, recognition, and compensation efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies; travel up to 25% as needed.
• DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-specific software.
• Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Knowledge of immigration processes and HR compliance.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred

• COMPENSATION:
• The salary range for this position is $87,500 - $95,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
